Kennicott Cleveland

I have been ordering from Kennicott regularly for the past 4 years or so. The flower quality is consistently excellent—roses arrive with strong stems and good bloom potential, seasonal natives and specialty blooms are fresh, and packaging protects the product well. Orders are accurate and usually arrive on the scheduled day. If something doesn't arrive on schedule, they are very responsive with getting substitutions to match my color palettes. Theresa (fresh floral) and Bob or Lisa (supplies) always respond quickly to my emails and texts. Theresa is helpful in sharing new flower varieties or showing how to purchase in bulk directly from their website. Bob & Lisa are great resources to find exactly what I need. They are a great team; I consider them family. If you take your dog there as I often do, ask for Nathan who adores 4-legged friends. I highly recommend Kennicott to other florists who need reliable mid- to high-volume supply and care about stem quality. They’re a solid primary or secondary supplier.

Theresa is the most incredible sales rep you could ask for! Her knowledge of flowers is unmatched. Countless times she has come through and saved the day with last minute flowers/suggestions when needed. Bob in supplies is also the most wonderful guy to have in your corner. Always helping and finding what I need. Without these two I don't know what I would do. I greatly appreciate their friendship and partnership!! I have been a customer of the company for over 30 years and they are the best! I highly highly recommend Kennicott for all floral needs 🌿
